I made this iPad 2 sleeve using a 100% cotton fabrics. This one was made using a cotton print of Fortune Cookies. Some of the cookies have little fortunes sticking out; "expect geat things today" and "some create happiness, you create it". I fully lined it with black cotton. It closes with a flap that is secured with a sew on velcro. That closing flap has a soft gentle curve and that same curve is repeated on the back pocket.
To give this cover padding I used a 100% cotton batting. I only used a single layer of a thin batting so it will only provide minimal protection. I, also, reinforce some of the stitching so that you can get plenty of use from the cover.
Care: hand wash cool, line dry, may be ironed as needed.
