I made this iPad 2 sleeve using a 100% cotton fabrics. This one was made using a cotton print of cream colors Celtic knots on a black background. I fully lined it with black cotton. It closes with a flap that is secured with a sew on velcro. That closing flap has a soft gentle curve and that same curve is repeated on the back pocket.
To give this cover padding I used a 100% cotton batting. I only used a single layer of a thin batting which will give your iPad some light protection without adding bulk. I, also, reinforce some of the stitching so that you can get plenty of use from the cover.
Care: hand wash cool, line dry, may be ironed as needed.
