There is a minimum order of $10.00 US dollars. I accept Visa, Mastercard, and paypal payments. You can use the secure shopping cart for ease if you are in the US or Canada. Buyers outside the US and Canada that wish to pay using Visa, Mastercard or paypal will need to email Gothicjewelry@aol.com with their orders.
If you live in the US and Canada but wish to pay with a money order or check; you will need to email Gothicjewelry@aol.com first with your order. Your items will be placed on "HOLD" for you. Items will only be held for 10 business days after I send you a confirmation email of your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 business days from the date received. I must be contacted within three days from the date received. That way I know an item is being sent back. Refund or "store" credit amount is the original amount paid minus and taxes and shipping/handling. You must pay for the return shipping on the item. Refunds or the desired item for exchange will NOT be sent until the returned item is received. Items must be in original unchanged or undamaged condition. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SPECIAL ORDERS, EARRINGS or BODY JEWELRY
