Gothic Creations was started in 1999. It actually, started as a small business that made soap and bath products. Since then it has grown into more fashion minded pursuits; of quality artisan made jewelry and handbags. Although, soaps are still available through the Etsy store. Joanna Phinney, is the full time artist and everything behind the business. She attended Clover Park College in Lakewood, WA and received an AA in interior design in 2008. A degree that she says as helped greatly in color theory and general balance of design. In her spare time, Joanna, enjoys photography and spending time with her greyhound. Joanna's own style could be described as eclectic but simple elegance although she is not adverse to returning to her more gothic/punk roots if asked.
