Another week down only a few more to go
It was another week of sticking to my exercise regime. It went in some ways better and in some ways it was harder. I think my endurance and strength is vastly improving. At the beginning of the week I had some knee pain and stiffness but I continued on because it wasn't crippling or extremely painful. By the middle of the week it quit hurting. It's a lot of jumps and lunges which I wasn't used to doing. There were a few days in which I didn't feel like doing it at all but I did it anyway and felt so much better and dare I say it proud of myself for sticking with it.
Probably what you may be wondering is have I lost weight. I cannot say for sure if the scale will show a change but I can say that I feel like my jeans fit better.
