I finally decided to sell my Rolleiflex camera on ebay. I sadly never even used it. I got it as a trade some years ago from a friend. to the best of my knowledge it does work. It comes with the what I believe is the original leather case. I had always wanted one. You know with digital taking over it harder to find the film and even harder to get the dark room supplies. I'm even going to sell off my enlargers and other darkroom stuffs.

Okay, so I finally decided to quit making soaps. Well, soaps for sale that is. I will still make some for myself, friends/family and one customer I have that likes to buy in bulk. So I have lowered the price of all my soaps in my etsy store to a $1 per bar. Great bargains while supplies last of course.Click here to see my current selection

Getting clean as in actually you know cleaning my bedroom and office area. I'm not really that messy but like most people any flat surface tends to end up covered in paper and books. Plus I am even dusting. How in the world does dust end up where it does? It has been really invigorating getting things leaned. it's like the room seems brighter and happier. That probably sounds crazy. I think it does seem nicer. I'm hoping this will help me feel inspired to get back into creating new things. i have been in a creativity slump lately.

I have marked my vegan Clementine soap down by 50%. Handmade soap is wonderful and if you never tried it you really should. Most commercially made soaps are in fact nothing more than skin drying detergents. My soap is completely vegan unless otherwise noted. I use high quality olive, coconut, and palm oils.Click here to buy

One of the things that I try to put my time towards is greyhound adoption. I own a retired racing greyhound. One of the ways i give back to the greyhound community is through donating my time. This is a greyhound theme tee shirt quilt. It will be shipped back to the group that asked me to make it. In exchange for me making it for their annual picnic/auction a donation was made to Almost Home for Hounds.
AS some of you may know I am one of the many people these days looking for a job. I have actually been looking for full time work since I graduated this past March. I get by the best I can. One of the things that really sucks is not being able to splurge and buy things when you want them I am so in love with these shoes. I know I can't afford them and I probably don't even need them. Sometimes, it is nice to dream though.

It is 1:30 am where I am at. I am awake and well bored. I guess there is plenty for me to do but it is the doing it part that usually stops me.
While you are here check out this lampwork glass bracelet I made some time ago. It is one of those pieces that I honestly thought would have sold some time ago. That is not the case as it still sits in my etsy store

I decided that in order to make myself blog more I would do a featured item of the week. This is my first week doing this so hopefully I wont be lazy and not have a week two.
This weeks featured item is the Twig Ring. I made it out of .999 Fine Silver precious metal clay. I set in two 4mm round faceted lab grown emeralds and one 4 mm round faceted lab grown alexanderite. This is one of my favorite rings. Each ring ends up being unique and different. This ring is a US size 8. Stop in at my etsy store and check it out.
